| The Humboldt-Del Norte Foundation for Medical Care (Foundation) was formed over 40 years
ago by a group of local physicians who wanted to offer discounted medical
services for local employers. The Foundation has grown to become a full-service third party
administrator for both self-insured employer health plans and commercial plans. The Foundation's network of clinicians work together to provide high quality health care. The local Foundation network is a part of the California Foundation for Medical Care, a statewide network of over 33,000 health care providers. |
